I think this is the BEST post you have ever "written"! I loved the personal touch...it was like you wrote JUST to me! You have beautiful handwriting....mine was better before chemo!! Sorry your week, well lets just say wasn't your best! But a new one is on the horizon!!
HAHAHAHAHA!!! I read Susan's post this morning and loved it, too. You get an award for sticking it out thru 5 whole pages. BTW - when I was learning to write it was called 'penmanship'. Where did the word 'cursive' come from? It doesn't have nearly as much class as 'penmanship' (just jabbering to myself). ps....cute doodles, too.
I am out the door to a school fundraiser for the night but I wanted you to know that I will visit S.Branch when I get home...or tomorrow. I loved this post. I, too, have some perfect pens and I. Don't. Share. them. Have a good evening. xo Diana
I love it. O often fear that the ease of the electronic age is going to erase the hand written word forever. Thank you I just love it and I will visit Susan's post too.
Well, I hope your poor little kitty is okay, and resting comfortably.
I too am a Susan Branch fan, and love her work. I follow her blog, and had just finished reading it when I came to your blog. I loved it! You have beautiful penmanship, and your little doodles and drawings were very fun and cute. Great post!!!!!
LOVED this post - so unexpected! Your personality pops from your handwirtting and it was a delight to read. Oh yes, if only we could download spell-check to our brain, if only so!!
Well M, I feel so much better now that I know you're not a serial killer :) Your handwriting is too beautiful to be a murderer. And now that that is off my mind, I am so sorry about your week. So happy to hear that kittie is back home even if you do have to take a second job to pay for her trip to the ER. I love Susan Branch and her art. WOW!!! looking at your flourishes and doodles I do believe you could have been her in a previous life. I went and read the posts that I have missed while I was away...and I really think you are amazing. I don't want to get gushy or anything, but your creativity is awesome M. I loved your beautiful doily bouquets!!! And those ribbon bows you made were crazy pretty!!! I can't be away from your blog this long because seeing it all at once makes me worship you : ) We can't have that, now can we???? hugs from me...
Love this post and yes, your personality pops from the handwriting and I'll bet you speak the same way.....thanks for the entertainment!!! Love SB, could also supply a store with her products I have on hand.....wishing the best for your kitty, it was worth it, your card will recover....hugs...cleo
I loved Susan's post yesterday and love your Susan inspired post! Susan has shaped my homes from menus to gardening to home decor. In fact I start my day with Susan's Things Mothers Say. Wish I had the gift if penmanship but since I don't, I'll enjoy you'd!
WOWOOWOWOWW that was GORGEOUS! And what a wonderful idea!!!! Your cursive is lovely, and it could be transferred onto fabric and pass for that wonderful French script I am mad about!!!!
