Don't Be A Boob! GIVE AWAY! Teapot Edition...

Nope! You're not getting a rose!
But it sure is pretty...and I am sort of mean like that!

So, here we are at week 2 of Pretty In Pink: The Practical Edition!
{I actually thought about giving away a DVD of Pretty In Pink...but
I'm pretty sure my sisters have never even seen it...and wouldn't know
Ducky from a hot rock or that I actually saw the Psychedelic Furs
in concert singing Pretty In Pink, meanwhile the guy behind me
was yelling "sellouts!" during the entire song...ah...those were the
days!}

All that to say, Not only are you Not getting a rose...
you're getting a DVD either...
Geez! What kind of a Give Away is this??!!!!

Hang on there, Sparky...here it comes...

What you will get is this teapot!!!

See...practical...who doesn't need warm water...am I right?
A spot of tea...
A smidge of cocoa...
Hot water bottle filled...seriously, we're not getting any younger!

Soooooo many people commented on Bee's pink teapot
from this POST that I just assumed someone out
there might want a PINK TEAPOT of their very own!

Hope I was right!

The "potty" 4-1-1...
  • Non-Fading Finish
  • Use on a gas or electric stove
  • Heat resistant handle
  • Glass tempered lid
  • Harmonic hum whistler

And here are the rest of the details...

For a chance to win:

*Leave a comment on this post until midnight Friday the 15th
{winner will be notified by email...then added to the post
on Saturday...I know I said it would be announced on this post,
but since I am actually creating this post prior to knowing who
the winner is...well, you see the conflict...my psychic abilities
are a bit rusty!}

EDITED TO ADD: The Mini-Prep winner is MISS RHEA ! ;}

*I will say "anyone, anywhere" if you international girls want to
give it a go...but I have to admit it just hasn't happened yet...we
Americans are like ants...so darn many of us!

*If you don't have a blog, please leave your email address

For extra chances...
*Post about our give away
*Follow
*Twitter
*Facebook
*Grab the little button down there
{and remember to come back and tell us that you have}

If by chance, you have some to spare...please DONATE to the
Susan G. Komen foundation {or the one of your choosing}.

And if you, your BFF, your sister, mom or someone you know are a survivor,
currently battling or have lost their life to breast cancer, please leave there name
and it will be added to our sidebar for prayers, good thoughts and also a stark
reminder of just how many have been touched by this disease. {please leave a
name, even if you don't want to use the full name, just "Ann" would help...I'm
having a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to list "my step-sister's
daughter", etc....see what I mean? ;} Thx!!!

Be sure to pop over to Beverly's for more PINK SATURDAY !

  10. I try not to be a boob, but I will admit it happens from time to time. ;) We lost my mom Veanna 5 years ago this Thanksgiving to breast cancer. She gave it a damn good fight but I miss her terribly. I try to click at the breastcancersite as often as I can and I do donate to Susan G Komen each fall. Hugs to you and to everyone out there fighting!

  11. The only thing mean about you is your sense of humor!
    I've added your button to my sidebar and I've been working on a post to put up later...probably next week. I want it to be as good as I can make it to honor those, like my friend Cher at the Texas Woman Blogspot, who have fought this dreadful form of cancer. Cher's last checkup was wonderful althought there is still follow-ups in her future.
    I know we can make a difference and help in the fight to eradicate it once and for all!
