Solid Rock Give Away...

Yah, I know...it's Monday...not Saturday...
what can I say? I am lucky I even got on-line today...yeesh!
My internet provider was sent straight from hell to torment me!
Breath deeply...hoo, hoo, hoo, heeee, heeee, heee...ok, let's go.

{Rock of Ages}
This month's give away may not appeal to everyone, but...what can you do, right?

I collect very old needle point mottos...LOVE them! They are quite spendy and
not very easy to come by, so I really cherish my collection.

Alas, this one is just THE wrong colors for me...a major miscalculation on my
part when I purchased it {on-line}. DUH. Gold, orange, brown...nope, no can do.
But if you love Autumnal colors this would look lovely as part of a Fall vignette!

I should re-sell it, but I thought this was a better idea..there has to be one or two
of you who would like a little vintage piece of our past?

It still has it's original beveled wood backing...

I just could not get a good picture of it, but the glass is very old with all the cool
bubbles and waves that come with it.

It's fragile and imperfect and but also pretty cool.

So, if you are interested...please leave a comment on this post
until midnight September 11th.

US resident only, sorry, I'm just not sure it would survive an
international trip.

Winner will be picked September 12th and notified by email.

Hope you're enjoying your day off!!! ;}
