Your tea cup is lovely! Meeting you has been a pleasure and all in your blog is beautifulI love your china hutchWould you like a cup of tea?
Good idea about using a plain white to match your lonely teacups!! I will have to watch for some nice bone china whites to go with my stray teacups.
Your American Sweetheart saucers are so elegant. I can see why they make the perfect match to any orphan teacups. Lovely. Take care.
Morning, Most Sprarkly! Oh, what a pretty tea cup and that saucer ain't nothin' to sneeze at either! :)Hope you had a wonderful holiday.Be a sweetie, shelia ;)
Love this..."stray teacups". Someone else called her single finds "orphan teacups" today. Love both expressions! We're the lucky new owners of these special little wanderers!Diane
Well, I have LOTS of saucers without matching cups! Pretty is the only requirement. ♥
You're so right! It's beautiful and would perk up any teacup. Have a lovely day.Blessings,Sandi
Hi: Love your idea of mix and match. I usually put my broken set in the garden. I put them in pots hiding the broken part. You have a great idea. Thank you for sharing. Blessings, Martha
Good for you --- adopting all those cups without saucers. They need a home, too!
Hi :) I actually have saucers with no mates :( But, I can use them for other things around the house until, hopefully, one day I am lucky enough to find their matching cups.Happy Teacup Tuesday!Warmest hugs, Brenda
I love the idea of white saucers to use with stray tea cups!! I have 4 white trimmed with gold saucers that i do the same with. I love you pretty tea cup and your American Sweetheart plates are so elegant looking!!Debbie
Yep I sure do have a few of those! I think back a long time ago maybe ladies couldn't always afford both pieces so we end up with many more cups than saucers (at least that's the story I tell myself):)Love the cup and it's un-matchy saucer.Tina xo
I like them the best when they don't match!
Aloha,I love your American Sweetheart saucer! That's so clever to use it for orphaned teacups. And yes, I have a few of those teacups.
What a pretty cup, and your plate looks just lovely with it! I think mixing and matching is fabulous.Thank you so much for sharing with us.Hugs,Terri
