O Robert, Robert, Wherefore Art Thou, Robert?

Who is this Robert Gordon???!!!!
OK, Aussie girls...don't laugh! Who is he?
I mean besides being a genius?????

I saw an entire hutch full of this darling pottery on
a blog the other day and have been obsessed ever
since!

But it looks like...once again...it's not readily available in the US!

Arrrrgh!

Look at these pottery tags! And the one in the upper left is a
real Royal Winton chintz pattern! Love it!

Swoonalicious!
All I can say is that all you girls down under are lucky ducks!

    http://www.getprice.com.au/catin.aspx?page=1&searchterm=robert%20gordon

... and the prices are so good, the shipping is very manageable!

I think the humorous stuff is terrific - I'm thinking of getting the victorian teaspoons for my sister's birthday.

  20. I just love his designs, I wish we had more of his things in the States, especially the porcelain cupcake boxes. I didn't realize that he sent over special designs for the States. I have seen his work on other posts from Australia, dreamy designs.
