Playing With Matches!

Yep...these match boxes really light my fire!





I'm having a contest with myself...to see how much fooferie I can use on a single
box before it collapses under it's own weight! ;}




If I do say so myself...its those glittery sides that I find to be simply smokin' hot!

  1. Oh my glitter goodness!! Love the end caps and the gorgeous rosettes twinkling in the light!! I understand your addiction and I want in!! Your clothes pegs are fabulous...just so pretty!     We always have some decorated match boxes in the shop that I work in-Joyworks, usually the current holiday theme. My co-worker and friend Rita, whom I refer to as "the little Match Girl" does them for the most part these days.

    I was on a beachie kick for a while in my crafting though and I did some with ivory paint/sand and shells. The textures were pretty fun!

    But I love love love your creation. I'm glad I found you during the OWOH event!

    Oooh...what fabulous frou-frou!!! Girl, your little matchbox really is divine! I love all that glitz and glamour...glitter at it's best!!! This is just sooo pretty! Oooh...now I just want to go get a match box and have fun! I'd love to make some of these pretties!!! Thank you for the great idea...I can think of all kinds of little treasures to store in these beautifully decorated boxes! I love, love, LOVE the pretty paper flower and little crown that you made out of music paper!!! Ohhh yes...simply divine!!!
