O Shellenbaum...

You can only hoard so much for so long....
and then you have to get creative.

I swear, I have had that foam cone for
5 years! Yeesh!

And although the process was a bit time
consuming...and at times painful(FYI,
hot glue is hot! That is probably why it's
called "hot glue"! A helpful tip from me
to you! ;)

...when it was all said & done...

...I had this little beauty!

She was a little lonely, so I found her
some friends to spend the holidays
with...

I think they will have a lot of fun
together!!

  1. They're adorable! How creative. I just love these. I've got stuff I've hoarded forever. Have to dust them off and put them to use. If I can get anything done half as pretty as this, I'll be one happy camper!

Just when you think you are doing great....just minding your own business....YOUCH! I keep a bowl of water nearby now because I know once GG has burned me, it will happen again!

  12. Awww, love her...and her friends! :-) The first one you made, made me instantly think of a lighthouse. I think because it's made of shells and the starfish at the top seemed like a beacon of light shining out. Yes, hot glue and I are on a first name basis...ouch!
