'Kins...Re-Mix

So, when I did all this blingery to my
'kins, I didn't really have enough jewels
to doll them all up...

so, some of them were left like this...
"nekked" (to quote Sheila!)...and they
just kept looking at me...all forlorn and
pasty! Yuk!
This is when the pantry full of napkins
that you hoard comes in handy ;}

Yep, pumpkins + napkins = tasty-kins...
decoupage-y treats!

Sassy pink & green!

A more demure pink & green.

And aqua ( and pink! ;)

With a bit of forethought, you could actually make
them to match your tablescape this Thanksgiving!

EDITED TO ADD...duh!

I just cut the napkin somewhat to size, brushed a coat
of Liquid Laminate onto the pumpkin, smoothe the
napkin onto the pumpkin then put another coat of LL
over the top of it all. Very easy. I just love Liquid Laminate!

  16. I love the pumpkins! Actually, I liked them naked too, and have already made up my mind to paint all my tiny pumpkins white next year! This year I did things the Martha way, and covered teeny pumpkins in glitter, and painted just a couple white, but I like the white ones en masse. Looks gorgeous. I think I'll be copying the napkin idea too - totally inspiring!
