She Sells Tea Shells...

Hmmm...what are those?

What could they be???

Well, they're not just shells...
they're "tea shells"!!!!
Chintz shells!
Am I a savant, or what?
Not only can I worm shells into
another post...but chintz too!! ;)

If you're looking on Ebay, you'll find them
called nut cups, butter pats, even salt cellars.

And we have used them for all those things!
I think we even floated a little flower in them
at each place setting!
We love to combine this pattern, Summertime,
with Ruby Flash goblets and salad plates...really
makes the roses "pop"!!!

I just like to have them around to look at!
Could they be cuter???

  2. One would be so pretty by the bed, to hold jewelry... or by the guest bed with a chocolate kiss (wrapped in pink, of course).

  14. I don't own any chintz and I don't know why. Except maybe I'm too cheap & haven't found any at a thrift store. I love these little shell chintz plates or whatever you call them. You have the best stuff.
