  7. what a FUN video!!! you are so cute and funny:) i just loved watching you in action as you put the GGG to your starfish...tooooooo hilarious that you mentioned Rachael Ray, as my mother and i were just talking about her today and how she ALWAYS says "EVOO" and then goes on to explain that she is referring to "extra virgin olive oil"...

  11. I am insanely jealous of how creative you are! I don’t have a creative bone in my body and yet you make it look so easy.

  12. You are too funny. You really use nice china in every project. Oh boy, when I saw the glue fill the saucer . . . but since you said it's washable. Oh well. It did remind me though when you decided to glittle you stained plates :-)

Good thing you decided to overcome your fear and posted this :-)

(voted for you! That was not a hard decision as I do enjoy my visits.)

  15. Hi M,
Your tutorial was great! I just glittered a couple of starfish, not using your method, and they turned out well enough, but not as lovely as yours! Now that I know how you do it, I'm going to town!! Thanks and have yourself a glittery day.

    Blessings,
    Sandi

  21. Lol!!!!- Ok, I'm sorry, but I have to let out a little giggle here. Ok, no, I'm going for a full blown gale of giggles. Complete with p in my pants!! You are hilarious. I did not need to know how to glitter things, but the last sentence of your post intrigued me so much, I just had to click the play button. And entertained, I was!!! That was great- don't think anyone noticed your nails, and darn those cats for chewing up your starfish!!! Five stars! :)

  35. your tutorial couldn't have come at a better moment for me! i was going to search your blog for mention how you did it & there it was. i was in a big hurry but i had to watch the entire clip because it was sooooo great!

i rushed out & bought the glue & fairy dust but couldn't find the GGG, so i bought joann's craft essential white glitter & sprinkled a little fairy dust over them all. i covered about 50 shells & 2 starfish in a very short amount of time. i don't have a beautiful saucer like yours so i used a heart shaped cake pan & i dried them on a plastic bag from a pillow form (i removed the pillow first).

i made a shell covered beach for the center of my table at a little "coffee" i had this morning. looked awesome, thanks to you!

    thank you!!!!!
