The Blooms, The Beak & The Naughty!

For Susan's OUTDOOR WEDNESDAY this week,

I did some macro portraits of the smallest
flowers in Bee's backyard.

A bit of birdie watching...

he was just posing and preening, begging
to have his picture taken!

And a lot of laughing!!!

These little hooligans are hilarious!

And all that bare dirt where they have ruined
the ground cover would be absolutely horrifying...
if it weren't for those adorable little hands!

Bad varmit! (I wish I could pet them!)

  10. What an adorable post! I wish I knew how you all take those amazing closeups of flowers and things. I am a techno klutz when it comes to cameras. But I have now learned to zoom AND I can use a blackberry to take pictures. LOL!

Those squirrels are adorable. At first I thought they were chipmunks in the ground like that. I've never seen squirrels burrow. Ours all live in trees. At first I thought they were chipmunks which I also love. But you're right... they are the cutest things with their little hands and the flick of those bushy tails!

    I enjoyed these SO much!

    XO,

    Sheila :-)

  12. Love the little bird atop the post. He was just whistling at you to photograph him. How sweet is that? The ground squirrels I understand can be pesky little varmits. Don't know as I live in the desert and my pesky little varmits this year are ants. I have tried everything and can't seem to get rid of them. Great outdoor post. I signed up to follow. Can't wait to see what you share next. Please stop by and say hi. I would love to have you visit and sign up to follow as well. Country Hugs, Sherry
