From One Minute To The Next...

Our weather lately, has been a tad unusual, in that
it hasn't been constantly sunny. We are used to the
"June Gloom" that comes this time each year, but
since it started in May, well, we've been thrown for
a loop! And it's very changeable! Note the steely
sky above the building and the reflection of the
blue sky behind us. Very interesting...this is
why we watch the sky!

For more skies of note...hurry over to
THE OFFICIAL SKYWATCH BLOG
and check out SKY WATCH FRIDAY!!

  1. Nice shot. I was born and raised in Orange County I've been away for over two years I don't miss June gloom but lately I've been missing palm trees. Nice to see some in your photo.

  3. Not sure where your latitude and longitude co-ordinates are, but here in north central Indiana our weather is very fickle too. We get lots of rain this time of year - - - with the sun occasionally blessing us.

You are so right - - - the skies are FASCINATING to watch.

  5. Love the new header picture! Our weather is the same. Hot, humid and many thunderstorm watches at different hours. I've turned the computer off so many times in the past day or so. Also unplugged it from the wall to keep it from surges. Yikes! xxoo
