Carried Away...

Bee & I went to pickup Kae for a shopping
day and I have to say, I got carried away...
(gag!)

...by all the bloomage in her front yard!
(being a geek, I had my trusty sidekick,
Mr. Camera, in my purse...seriously...
I carry him everywhere...like I said...
geek!)

Ahhh, daisies. So, very "You've Got Mail".

So pretty...but what is it?

Prettier still with the rose...and yet...
the name escapes me...

Double Delight! This one I know!

A bloom with a view!

KAZOWIE! Are these little guys bright &
vivacious, or what!

Now, I know this "bogie" is a bit sad and has
some kind of funk, but I still thought it looked
neat...variegated.

This made me laugh...beachy flag with those
ominous, not-so-summery-clouds as a backdrop!
It's been a long time since we have seen much
blue up there! But Kae doesn't care...she left
for Hawaii today...bet the sky looks a little
different over there!

I just love this view!

Hurry over to visit Susan for more

  6. I'm not a real flower connoisseur - but I think those flowers you were unable to identify are gladiolas.

They say the earth laughs in flowers so it must be very happy there.

  21. Love the name of your blog! I am spending the month in the OC and am looking out onto ominous clouds right now. It doesn't look like a beach day...but you never know...sometimes after lunch those clouds clear out and the afternoon is beautiful!
