Show & Tell Friday...The Smaller The Better!

I really like small things...they are just
so cute! It really doesn't matter what it
is...if it comes in a "mini" size, I want it!
(this rule does not apply to fries! Those
get super-sized!)

So, once upon a time, I combined my love
of things "tea", "chintz" & "tiny", and made
these little shadowbox pins.
This one is in the "Welbeck" pattern...I love that little
teaspoon! And I disguised the clutch pin with a tiny
cup & saucer.
The "Julia" pattern is so pretty I let it speak for
itself with just the smallest heart-shaped bead as
an accent. I just may make some more of these
in a few varied themes...shabby, cottage-y, pink,
glittery....just as long as it's small!

Oh so sweet Laura loves everything tinky tiny as well, I tend to paint big and like bigger and bolder prints and Laura paints these dainty little flowers and makes tiny tiny braceltes and earrings, but I do love these little precious pieces, they are so different and you know we love unique!! 9. These are lovely! I love minis, too, and anything with a mini-teapot and/or cup and saucer is even nicer. What is a shadowbox pin? Is it a pin you display in a shadowbox? Do you have rows of them in the shadowbox or artistic little groupings? What a great idea.

  10. Shadowbox pins what a wonderfully beautiful idea. I love little danglie- is that a word- pins. I have a vest I made years ago the I attach all sort of dangling pins and objects to. This is great.
