Modern Technology...NOT!

I am not a techno babe...I can get by on
this computer...and with my camera...but
just with the most basic tasks. And as I
was mixing paint inside of a tea cup today
I looked around and noticed that I tend to
shun the "high tech" in my crafting as well.
Actually, I think I just grab what's close at
hand when I need a little something to hold
something else!!

The plate that has collected various bits &
bobs!
My low tech glitter scoop!

Where old prisms go to rest....
A tiny creamer to hold the tiny charms....

Another plate full of shells & buttons....
Teacup full of MOP buttons...

Another full of beach glass...

Yet another full of marbles...

Even the cat's toys...come to think of it...
maybe the only thing this says about me
is that I have too many tea cups!!!!!! :)

  4. Such a pretty place for ordinary objects to rest. I like that. I too am starting to look at things from the kitchen as more than "things from the kitchen." Utilize them in different ways. Make things pretty rather than utilitarian.

  8. Oh my, every vessel in my home would overflow! First I would sprinkle a cup with beach glass, then hubby would drop his pennies inside, then son would drop his movie ticket stubs inside then... well, I shouda' trained those boys better. Lovely idea...
