The Bland the Blah and the Boring!

I have 2 of these white metal chairs
on my porch...chairs that I had
originally intended for indoors...
but they were a bit more shabby
than chic, so they were sent
outdoors!

But that big, open, boring circle on
the backrest has just been taunting
me...yes, it taunted me even from
all the way out on the porch! So, I
came up with the super quick
"pick-me-up"to add a bit of
"Tea Chic" to even this ratty
old chair.

An old cup and saucer, a bit of
tulle and some hot glue...

and there you have it...
pink porch prettiness
in a jiffy!

  4. Very creative! I would have never thought of that. My first thought was to brace a support in it and use fabric over it. Your idea is much more creative.

  23. Oh, my! So sweet! So... the plate is just glued to the ribbon? Yikes1 If that's so, you are so brave! Or maybe I just need to have more faith in glue?
